Dear Parents and Guardians,
The
countdown is on! We leave in just two short weeks! We are looking forward to
another great week at Outdoor Classroom.
The experiences the students have and the memories they will make will
truly last a lifetime. Some important information:
- All registration forms are online this year at Outdoor Classroom Registration Forms must be filled out ASAP, but by Monday, Sept. 14th at the latest. The link has been posted on ParentSquare.
- We will be leaving Monday, Sept. 21st from Great Woods Road (Entrance to Lynn Woods) Please arrive between 8:15-8:30am. Students DO NOT go to Aborn that morning.
- We will return on Friday, Sept. 25th to the same parking lot. We should arrive between 1:30-2:00. Mrs. McIsaac will send out a message when we are about 30 minutes from home.
- Please refer to the attached packing list while packing for camp. It is very important to have a raincoat or poncho because the students will be outside rain or shine! Also, don’t forget a pillow and sleeping bag or blanket.
- If your child will be bringing medication, it MUST be in the original containers (prescription or over the counter.) Prescription medications must have your child’s name and dosing printed on the label. Outdoor Classroom has basic medications such as Tylenol, cough drops, tums, etc. We need to collect all medication Monday morning so do not pack it in luggage. Medications will be given to the nurse upon arrival and returned to us before leaving on Friday.
