First Day!

 We arrived at camp to a very energetic group of instructors who helped unload the bus full of luggage. The kids were introduced to their field group leaders and played a few "get to know you" games before heading into the first lunch. We had cheeseburgers, fries and watermelon for lunch and some kids also enjoyed the salad bar. Each meal is followed by "entertainment" which today was a hilarious round of eagle, powerball & cobra. (Our Persephone came in second place!) After lunch the kids moved their luggage into the cabins and chose which bunk they wanted. Now they are out on their first real field group where they will explore the grounds, play games, and learn about the environment.
