For lunch today we had pepperoni and cheese pizza with Caesar salad. After lunch the students went off to their two classes of the day. Some chose dissection, bee keeping, wood furniture, edible plants, raging rivers,  and cooking class. After classes they were excited to have an hour of free time. Many stayed outside to play tennis, football, basketball, and soccer. Some of the girls chose to relax in the cabin and get their nails done! For dinner it was Taco Tuesday.. always a hit with the kids! Right now the kids are out on a night hike learning how to adapt to the darkness. It’s also a silent activity so they can learn about all the nighttime sounds! Hoping bedtime goes a little smoother in the girls’ cabin tonight..up till after midnight last night! I know they are tired so fingers crossed!
